Have you ever considered the difference between your thoughts and the act of ‘thinking’? I am here to tell you that one is likely taking you backwards, while the other is opening the door to an amazing experience for you.

In this Happiness Class, I look at the distinction between thoughts and their impact on us, and what the better alternative is – thinking (which most people don’t stop to do). Might sound simple, but most people miss the mark – a LOT.
