The Guidebook to Happiness is true to it’s title and so much more. Carl has put together a book that demonstrates his in depth knowledge and years experience about the key factors that facilitate creating happiness in your life. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and now use it as a reference book, dipping into it when I find myself complaining about life. I especially love the gratitude exercises as this always lifts my energy and is so simple to do. Congratulations Carl on the success of this book and I can’t wait to read the next one!
